piZap Content License

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what you can do with the stickers, graphics, stock images and design templates that piZap makes and publishes on browse.pizap.com. We call them piZap-made assets. This license sits alongside the piZap Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which still apply. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Use, this page governs your use of piZap-made assets and the Terms govern everything else.

1. What this license covers

piZap-made assets are items created by Digital Palette LLC (“piZap”, “we”, “us”), including items we make with AI tools under our direction, and published in this library. The license applies to the asset files and to designs you make with them.

It does not cover:

  • photos, text or other content you upload or create yourself (that stays yours, as the Terms say);
  • fonts, which come with their own third-party licenses;
  • the piZap name, logo, app icons and other piZap trademarks;
  • any item that shows a real person, a brand, a logo, a character, a product or a photo that belongs to someone else (see section 5).

2. What you can do

piZap-made assets are free to use for personal and commercial purposes in your own projects. You do not need to ask us or pay us, and you do not need to give credit (although we appreciate it). For example, you can:

  • use them in social media posts, stories, reels, videos, memes and messages;
  • use them in cards, invitations, flyers, posters, presentations, worksheets and other printed or digital designs;
  • use them on websites, in apps, in newsletters, in ads and in client work;
  • use them on products you design and sell, such as a T-shirt, mug or print, as part of your own design;
  • edit, crop, recolor, resize, combine and otherwise change them.

3. What you cannot do

  • Resell or redistribute the files as they are. You may not sell, sublicense, share or give away piZap-made assets on their own or as part of a collection, sticker pack, stock library, template marketplace, dataset, app or service whose main purpose is to deliver the files themselves. The files have to be part of something you made.
  • Claim a piZap-made asset as your own original work, or register it with a stock site or marketplace.
  • Use a piZap-made asset as, or as the main part of, a trademark, logo, service mark or brand identity, or try to register it as one.
  • Use piZap-made assets in anything that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or that suggests piZap endorses you, your product or your views.
  • Use piZap-made assets to train or build AI models, or to build a competing service, without our written permission.

4. AI-made assets

Many piZap-made assets are created with AI image tools from prompts we write and review. They are not photographs of real people, places or events unless we say so. AI output can resemble existing works or styles, and copyright protection for AI-made images may be limited or unavailable in some countries. We do not promise that an AI-made asset is unique or that you can stop others from using something similar. Please check an asset for trademark or likeness issues before you rely on it commercially.

5. Other people’s content in this library

Some items in this library come from other sources or show real people, brands, characters, logos, products or photos that belong to others. This license does not give you any rights in that content. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights you need before you use such an item, especially for commercial use. We are reviewing the library and remove items when we learn of a problem (see section 7).

6. No warranty

piZap-made assets are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties about them, including that they are suitable for a particular purpose or free from third-party claims, and our liability is limited as described in the Terms of Use. You are responsible for how you use them.

7. How to report a problem

If you believe an item on this site infringes your rights, shows you without permission, or should not be here for another reason, email support@pizap.com with the link to the page, who you are, and what the problem is. For copyright notices, follow the “Copyright and DMCA” section of the Terms of Use. We review every report and remove items where appropriate.

8. Changes

We may update this license from time to time. Changes apply going forward; you can keep using assets you obtained under an earlier version in projects you had already created. The date at the top shows the current version.
